you start a new magazine you need to know your topic and your readers.
If not then you need to consider employing someone who does. This part
is crucial as if you miss your target audience you risk no one reading

such as what roles you will undertake yourself (or employ some to do)

There are a number of problems you can run into when starting a magazine,
and many of these have brought down many publications that really could
have taken off. However most of these issues could have been avoided if
proper planning had been undertaken from the beginning. If you are consider
